2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

2.2 Verification Process
The Company reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during your use of the Platform. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identity document. You must provide the requested documentation within the timeframe specified by the Company. Failure to do so may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
2.3 Consequences of Underage Access
If the Company establishes that an account has been registered by a person under the age of 21, the account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any balance in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. The Company will not be liable for any losses incurred by an underage player or any third party arising from underage access.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

3.1 Single Account Policy
Each natural person is permitted to hold a single 2888in account. The Company uses technical and investigative methods to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts other than the first-registered account may be permanently closed, and any accumulated balances, bonus credits, or winnings in the duplicate accounts may be voided and forfeited.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 2888in account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address. You are obliged to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.
3.3 Account Security

Any activity carried out under your 2888in account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. The Company strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 3.4 Account Non-Transferability
Your 2888in account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, pledged, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Any funds deposited into your account are non-transferable between accounts.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
2888in currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20). 4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 2888in account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or Pakistani banking systems.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method from which the corresponding deposit was received. This is a binding anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement and no exceptions will be made. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification steps. 4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as daily and monthly transaction limits, are set by the Company and communicated in the cashier section of the Platform. 5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and promotional credits offered by 2888in are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bets placed on certain game categories (including, but not limited to, live dealer games and certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
2888in employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing contradictory bets across accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, and withdrawing bonus funds before meeting the stated wagering requirement through exploitative betting patterns. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have its bonus credits cancelled, its winnings voided, and its account permanently suspended.
5.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds
Bonus funds and free spin winnings that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and will be removed from the account balance without notice.
6.1 Placement of Bets
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by 2888in's system, it is binding and may not be cancelled or amended by the player. A bet is deemed accepted only when the Platform displays an explicit confirmation message and the amount has been deducted from your account balance. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet before confirming it.
6.2 Void Bets
The Company reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of an error, including manifest pricing errors in sports betting odds, technical faults that displayed incorrect game outcomes, or events that were subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant sporting authority (including the Pakistan Cricket Board or any other governing body). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
6.3 Cricket Betting Specific Rules
For all cricket betting markets — including PSL, PCB bilateral series, T20 World Cups, and other international fixtures — bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant match referee and governing body. The Company relies on official scorecards and live data feeds for settlement purposes. In the event of a discrepancy between the Platform's displayed result and the official result, the official result shall prevail.
6.4 Maximum Winnings
The Company may apply maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. Where applicable, these limits are communicated on the relevant game or market page. Winnings that exceed the applicable maximum will be reduced to the stated limit regardless of the outcome of the bet.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2888in Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and, where legally warranted, referral to law enforcement authorities.

The Company's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to 2888in in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure

11.3 Dormant Accounts

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which 2888in holds its gaming licence. 14.1 Complaints Procedure
